Adelphia Wine Company can ship accessories and non alcohol items to any state. Wine shipments are only allowed to select states.

Our Role

State laws concerning the shipment of alcoholic beverages are constantly changing and vary from State to State. Accordingly, in shipping alcoholic beverages to you, Adelphia Wine Company is acting on your behalf as a facilitator between you and United Parcel Service. Further, we make no representations or warranties concerning the properness of the shipping, delivery or sale of alcoholic beverages to you in your local State. In placing an order and requesting shipping of alcoholic beverages outside of New Jersey, you represent to Adelphia Wine Company that you have obtained any required permission, have paid any required fees and are working through properly licensed intermediaries, where required. You further represent to us that you are legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages and are legally entitled to take the quantities ordered.

Shipping To A Hotel

Shipping to a hotel where you are staying, or going to be staying is not permitted. Packages are often lost or misplaced and not delivered to guests in a timely fashion.

Delivery Attempt

It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to Adelphia Wine Company. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.

Vintage Substitution

In most cases all our products and inventory are updated. However, from time to time vintages change fast. We reserve the right to update the vintage to the newest vintage for any wines that are valued less than $20.
