This wine is a straw-yellow in color with greenish hues. It is marvelously floral on the nose, with distinctive fruity nuances of apple and white peach also present. Fresh, clean flavor, with a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Persistent on the palate and soft with a full mouth feel.
May be paired with any course, or alternatively makes the perfect aperitif. Well worth trying with truffle risottos with parmesan flakes. The perfect wine for parties and celebrations!
